Avanti Tax was built on a simple belief: everyone deserves clear, practical advice and personal support to help them move forward.
For founder Sabet Makhoul, CPA, CMA, MBA, that belief is rooted in both professional and personal experience. After moving from Lebanon to Canada with his family in 1989, Sabet grew up working alongside his parents in their small businesses. From delivering pizzas to helping manage daily operations, he saw firsthand the hard work and dedication it takes to run a business.
After spending 20 years with the Canada Revenue Agency, Sabet founded Avanti Tax to help individuals and business owners navigate their tax and accounting needs with confidence. He brings an understanding of both the challenges clients face and how the CRA works.
